• Identify any situation that is potentially unsafe and/or hazardous in nature, feedback to Manager and team, investigate and recommend any corrective actions
• Oversee and direct the entire process of safety analysis including any accident investigation
• Responsible for keeping records of safety-related matters and recommendation/administration of corrective measures at the site
• Assist the Manager to perform evaluation of safety policies, methods, and programs
• Organizes safety training for employees

Requirements:

• Holding Certificate in WSH Coordinator Course/ Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course and/or any Relevant Safety Certificates from any approved institutions will be preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Location: Lentor
• 6 days work week

• Overseeing all aspects of a construction project, including managing and monitoring daily operations
• Managing teams, coordinating work schedules, overseeing procurement, and maintaining compliance with regulations and standards
• Supervising multiple projects and maintaining quality control
• Ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance, and training new construction employee . Managing and instructing site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance

1. Manage monthly/bi-monthly employee payrolls, employment quotas, employee trainings, work-passes

2. Implement and manage performance review procedures

3. Oversee daily operations

4. Provide administrative support to Accounting Department such as typing, filing and basic bookkeeping

5. Handling full set of account (Construction) for auditing at end of Financial year

6. Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

7. Preparing on monthly CPF, quarterly GST, IR21, IR8A and yearly tax submission

8. Liaise with auditor, tax agent and other government agencies.

9. Preparation of documents for audit purposes

10. Prepare adjusting journal entries

11. Ad-hoc duties assigned

1. Accounting knowledge.

2. Microsoft Office, Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Familiar in using

MYOB(ABSS) software will be an added advantage
