Job Description:

• Report to Construction Manager/Project Manager
• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor and suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submissions
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submissions
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.

Job Requirement：

• Prepare presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
• Responsible for the technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience working as a Project Manager in Construction/Construction Management handling building projects in Singapore for mega projects.
• Good understanding of all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of legal issues and safety standards.

• Manage the tender team in preparation of technical submissions for tender and tender pre-qualification exercises.
• Evaluate tender documents and summarize critical information.
• Handle all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
• Address tender queries and monitor tender progress.
