• Lead psychosocial care planning with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring alignment with patient goals and resources.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff, ensuring that care plans are clearly communicated and followed

Job Requirements:

Able to lead the lead under M&E work scope;

Recognize related degree certificate by PEB with minimum 10 years of experience in construction
