• Assist sales team with the preparation of all sales and tender related documents, costings and material submissions.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Follow up with factories on document requirements and ensuring that all submissions are properly presented and submitted on time.
• Supporting the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and assisting to resolve issues, where appropriate.
• Liaise with internal teams and colleagues from Procurement, Logistics and Finance.
• Sales order processing from Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order to Delivery Order.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in project management or sales support function.
• Enjoy working with numbers and good with excel, powerpoint and words.
• Diploma in Business management or Electrical engineering
• Knowledge in Lighting Simulation Software (Relux/Dialux EVO) will be an advantage.

• Ensure timely submission of project timesheets into the ERP system.
• Support company audits at all levels (e.g., ISO compliance).
• Approve the selection and engagement of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with the HR department to address project recruitment needs.
• Prepare and participate in weekly schedule meetings with management to review progress and plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in construction management, civil engineering, or project-related roles.
• Possession of a Project Manager Safety Course Certificate is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp is a bonus.
• Proven expertise in client and team management, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with individuals from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety standards in marine construction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site, including in remote or offshore locations.
• Physically fit and able to adapt to various project environments.
• Flexible to work beyond standard hours to address client requests and meet project demands as required.
