• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action as needed.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Professional certification in construction management, such as CCM (Certified Construction Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional).
• Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other digital construction technologies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of building, construction,engineering science and technology

• Overall responsible for the planning and execution of M&E activities during construction project.
• Adhere compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards for M&E systems.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed M&E plans and specifications.
• Handle the M&E subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Supervise progress and performance of M&E works, identifying any deviations or issues and implementing corrective measures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 7 years working as a M&E Manager experience in Building Construction/Hospital Building Project.
• Familiar with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to M&E installations.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
