1. Lead precast segmental bridge Launching Team to execute the SBG launching operation using bridge construction equipment - launching girder/ segment lifter.
2. Manage team of Launching Engineers, Launching Superintendent and Riggers on day-to-day operations of segment bridge construction including organising plant and equipment required for precast segmental bridge construction.
