• Review applications from AIC and interview clients and caregivers during the enrollment process for our programme or home. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate the strengths, resilience, and support systems of clients and their families.
• Build rapport with residents/clients and their families. Maintain consistent communication with clients, addressing their concerns and goals, while promoting a positive outlook. Educate family members on clients’ physical and psychosocial needs, as well as ways to access internal and external resources.
