We are seeking an individual with tenured commissioning experience in complex technology facilities for the position of Commissioning Manager (CX Mgr.) at Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. Singapore (Fortis). The CX Mgr. is responsible for implementation, monitoring, deployment and conformance to Fortis’ commissioning program guidelines and supporting processes/procedures throughout the organization. Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, on­boarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports, etc)
• Handle the full spectrum of recruitment and hiring process of management staff and workers, including work pass matters
