Responsibilities:

• Oversee contract administration.
• Measure quantities for tender preparation.
• Prepare documentation to source quotations.
• Handle pre-tender cost estimates and compile tender documents.
• Conduct tender exercises for subcontracting, including evaluation and awarding of contracts.
• Coordinate with the procurement team.
• Manage claims, variation orders, budget control, and final account settlements.
• Collaborate and provide support to the project team.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Preferably with experience working for an A1/A2 Main contractor.
• Proficiency in GeBIZ or other e-procurement systems is a plus.
