• Provide chauffeuring services to Managing Director.
• Perform additional driving tasks assigned by the company, including transporting staff or delivering documents as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle, including refuelling, topping up the cash card, and ensuring regular maintenance servicing
• Handle vehicle-related legislation and documentation, such as renewing road tax, arranging vehicle inspections, and addressing any traffic offenses or accidents.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Well-versed in Singapore roads and safety regulations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Provide detailed constructability reviews of project documents; make

recommendations.

2. Advise, consult, lead and provide feedback on the development of construction

procurement documents

3. Participate in and/or lead project evaluation and consultant selection for applicable

procurements.

4. Manage day-to-day work on projects in construction phases; coordinate and make

recommendations regarding status of work.

5. Attend and actively participate in partnering sessions with contractors, agencies,

and organizations to obtain feedback on company performance and effectiveness;

represent the company needs; and develop strong working relationships throughout the

industry.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Civil engineering Degree

2. at least 6 years in construction management or related experience in construction projects.

3 . Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external resources.

4. Self-directed and able to function with ease as part of a team.

5. Technically astute and strategic in thinking.

6. Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication

skills.
