Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily ferrying of workers to and from dormitory to respective construction sites. Need to ensure workers reach site by 8am.
2. Need to assist in loading and unloading of materials.
3. Perform transportation duties as deployed by supervisor and carry out the duties diligently as per instructed.
4. Collect and deliver construction materials to site.
5. Responsible for daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle.
6. Assist and support the project team on day-to-day operations of the project, ensure timely and smooth process of works.
7. Able to be on standby duties to perform night works when mobilised.
8. Able to work on night shift when required.
9. Able to perform overtime when required.
10. Any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a valid Class 3 / 4 driving license with good driving record.
2. Must have relevant 3 years working experience.
3. Familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks.
4. Good interpersonal skills and attitude, reliable and responsible
5. 6 working days in a week.

Responsibilities:

• Perform QA/QC inspections and testing on-site and at the production factory.
• Manage documents, inspection, and calibration records.
• Resolve non-conforming quality issues with Main Contractor and Consultant.
• Work effectively as a team member with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate efficiently with the site-in-charge and RTO.
• Prepare weekly reports and keep the Construction team and Project Manager updated regularly.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in QA/QC is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Worker is responsible for facilitating change and improving lives for individuals, families, community facing transitional challenges through the provision of direct services.

Job Responsiblities

• Conduct casework management, including gathering information, conducting psycho-social assessment, identifying common needs and goals for intervention
• Manage cases of different risk levels.
• Conduct risk assessment related to family violence, child abuse and suicide
• Conduct safety planning with family and network
• Conduct mental health assessment particularly on trauma, depression
• Service linkages and work with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide basic counselling to both voluntary and involuntary clients as required
• Plan, organise and implement community outreach activities, programmes and group work
• Perform evaluation and prepare reports for administrative investigation and intervention programmes
• Provide information and referral services to link Clients to appropriate social services
• Participate in research

• Possess Degree in Social Work or Degree with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution

Relevant Experience

• Accredited as Registered Social Worker with Singapore Association of Social Workers would be an advantage
• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in social service agencies
• Prior experience as a social worker in violence specialist centre and child protection work related field would be an advantage
• Has trauma informed knowledge and skills

Project Coordinator

• Salary: $3000 - $5000
• Working Hours: Mon to Sat, 8am to 5pm (Timing may be extended, no OT pay given as this job position is consider as supervisory role. Require to be on standby for projects that are operational even during off work hours.)
• Work Location: Main Office is at nearby Sin Ming Lane, sites project is at Tuas, Jurong Port, Punggol and Changi (not necessary to go every project. Can work at office as well)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction and building management, quantity surveying, project management, or maritime related degrees are preferred.
• Must be able to understand Construction drawings.
• Prefer candidates to have own transport (allowance provided) as candidate needs to manage various job sites independently.
• Willing to be hands-on and lead workers from the front.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

Your main role is to coordinates and plan out current / new construction & non-construction projects involving earthworks, supply, and logistics projects. Reports to the Project Manager.

• Follow up with construction of new built landed projects from demolition of old structure to completion of construction of new house.
• Create project plans, schedules, budgets and monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manages all aspects of the project/construction execution; from site preparations to build-out.
