The Integrated Wellness Centre (IWC) is a Collective Impact Project that aims to create an inclusive, safe, and youth-centric wellness space. As the appointed backbone agency, SHINE is responsible for convening, facilitating and engaging stakeholders within the Collective working on the IWC. • Represent the centre in advocacy efforts, aiming to ensure vulnerable families have equal access to opportunities by collaborating with community partners.
• Participate in assessments of clients and communities, group work, community engagement, and specialized intervention strategies.
• Assist the Assistant Senior, Senior, and Lead Professionals in implementing the centre’s operational protocols, processes, and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Centre.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution/Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work from an accredited institution

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Social Worker (SSW) is responsible for facilitating change and improving the lives of individuals, families, community facing transitional challenges through the provision of direct services.

• Supervise and approve case assessment and outcome plans, and case closure
• Provide consultations for assessment of cases with risk issues
• Support or co-lead review of complex and risk cases in the company
• Supervise subordinates in the follow through of intervention plans, especially for complex and or risk cases
• Provide supervision of groupwork and community work through modelling, observations and debrief etc

• Ensure KPIs will be met within the timeline as per funding agencies' requirement

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

• Accredited as Registered Social Worker with Singapore Association of Social Workers
