Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs. Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules. Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.

Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Review: Analyze project tender documents, including drawings, commercial files, and technical specifications related to curtain walls.
2. Quantity Calculations: Calculate the engineering quantities for various curtain wall systems.
3. Scope Definition: Define the work scope based on plans and drawings for flat, curved, and colorful curtain walls.
4. Cost Estimation: Perform cost analysis based on design proposals, including materials (e.g., aluminum profiles, steel parts, panels, glass), labor, and construction processes to prepare complete cost documents.
5. Cost Breakdown: Provide detailed cost breakdowns and unit prices based on approved cost totals.
6. Additional Tasks: Support other tasks related to curtain wall tendering and bidding.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in tendering or cost estimation for curtain wall construction projects in Shanghai or similar markets.
3. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tender documents and drawing analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Social Worker (SSW) is responsible for facilitating change and improving the lives of individuals, families, community facing transitional challenges through the provision of direct services.

• Supervise and approve case assessment and outcome plans, and case closure
• Provide consultations for assessment of cases with risk issues
