• Conduct basic electrical tests using appropriate equipment, such as multimeter and insulation tester, to verify proper functionality and safety.
• Document and report non-conformities, deviations, and deficiencies in electrical installations and equipment, recommending corrective actions and liaising with relevant personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformity reports using quality control software or manual forms.
• Assist with the preparation of quality control plans and procedures specific to electrical work for different project phases.
• Participate in quality control audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the QA/QC Site Engineer or project manager.
• Communicating effectively with the electrical site supervisor, project manager, various stake holders e.g. other contractors (System Wide Contractors), SBST, LTA

Requirement:

• Diploma or ITE in Electrical and Electronics
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience at complex project site.
• LRT/MRT E&M project experience is added advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations
• Familiarity with quality control methodologies and documentation procedures.
• Ability to work as a team with motivation, technical knowledge required for material controlling
• Proven ability to consistently get results and achieve time-sensitive goals
• Strong commitment to the job
• Ability to flexibly adapt to change and challenges, ability to work calmly under pressure and exercise good judgment
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with multiple stakeholders including superiors, colleagues, contracted staff, and individuals both inside and outside the organization.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
