RESPONSIBILITIES

This role primarily focused on providing the day-to-day HR services and deliverables in Singapore. Incumbent will serves as a trusted partner and advisor to both our employees & Management. Incument will work closely with HR peers and shared services team in the HR & Administrative domain.

This single contributor role reports to the HR Team lead and is responsible for HR & Administrative operational work including & not limited to Employee Engagement & Wellness, Learning & Development, Office and Facilities Management and other projects activities as required.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive spectrum of HR functions that helps to improve overall Employee Experience in the Organization.
• Delivers effective HR services and conducive office environment by partnering with internal stakeholders
• Responsible for Employees Wellness & Engagement initiatives and activities, Company level Townhall events, Learning & Development, Office and Facilities Management.
• Manages Employee Communications and Employees relations matters
• Responsible for employee events e.g. Employee wellness programs, Company events.
• Responsible for Company Office Security & Health and Safety Management.
• Handle all other HR Project and Administrative matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources management or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist with Office Administration or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices
• Strong HR operational skills with an eye for detail and comfortable to provide support in administrative duties, employee communications and organizing employees activities and events.
• Ability to work independently with high level of commitment and resilience and versatility
• Resourceful, organized with result-oriented mindset. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Experience with using the Workday system will an added advantage

We are seeking a highly motivated, independent professional to join our risk management team. As part of the risk management team, you will be a key team member managing the firm’s risk and regulatory compliance matters which include but not limited to business, financial and security.

Responsibilities

Staff Independence

• Manage and organise annual declaration of independence for staff
• Conduct annual independence testing
• Checking of independence for new joiners

Advisory

• Attend to day-to-day queries relating to client onboarding and continuance, independence, and anti-money laundering
• Review basic legal documents such as engagement letters and non-disclosure agreements
• Update firm’s policies based on regulatory changes

General Compliance

• Carry out annual and regular testing to ensure compliance to firm’s policies
• Organise information for reporting to the group and regulators
• Organise and prepare information for internal testing and regulatory inspections
• Organise, facilitate and deliver risk management related training

Other ad hoc duties as and may be assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an international public accounting firm. Audit experience would be preferred.
• Possess keen interest in the international development of risk management policies with a good understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, auditing standards and accounting principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Curious and motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
