• Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services one or more applications and/or projects for Retail Banking

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing ; Ensure communications with country team for testing and status reporting, conversing in Vietnamese language

• Works with the testing service providers and other stakeholders both group (SG) and country (Vietnam) to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery.
