Job Description:

1. Transport Management:

We are looking for seasoned professional in the dry bulk and/or project chartering industry to be based in Singapore ready to take on the role of ‘second in command’ within the Projects & Parceling division for the region. Taxation Accountant/ Tax Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall tax compliance matters including corporate income tax, withholding tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing study and etc.
• Prepare/review the annual tax returns and ensure compliance to tax laws and regulations
• Prepare/review the monthly corporate tax provision and tax accounting reporting (ie. deferred tax computation)
