Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.

· Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.

· Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.

· Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones, and deliverables.

· Build comprehensive work plan and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities.

· Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the project status on a timely and regular basis.

· Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.

· Manage the project schedule & lead activities towards the successful closure of the project including Performance Guarantee and Warranty Period.

· During project phase, lead the application in covering:

i. Contract Management.

ii. Service Level Management (SLA).

iii. Service/Change Request Management (scope, schedule, budget, prioritisation).

iv. Problem and Incident Management (tracking, escalation, closure).

v. Audit and Security Services.

vi. Risk Management.

· CITPM (Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT (Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.

· Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.

· Team player with project management and people management skills.

· Experience in Hardware or Technical refresh project is an added advantage.

· Analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of Singapore Authority procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.

· Familiar with Singapore government data security policies and governance Alternative Change Management Skills Set and Experience for Project Manager.

· A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.

Successful candidate should possess the following:

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or CPA, ACCA or equivalent accounting professional qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in accounting/audit field in SMEs.
• Be a hands on professional who is experienced to work independently or direct the team to improve process efficiency in ground work accounting.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with other departments tactfully and a good team player.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

The Job:

Manage company’s financial accounting and corporate reporting of entities.

• Handle full set of accounts for entities to finalisation for auditing
• Prepare Monthly Management reports & notes for management review & comments for company and group.
• Handle all accounting related work
• Maintain accurate journal entries and expense allocations
• Handle AP & AR transactions, if needed.
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information
• Timely submission of GST for entities and GST compliance
• Filing of Statutory reports to various government agencies
• Reconcile accounts and provide analysis for the organisation’s financial transactions
• Ensure accurate financial reports

Perform tax matters

• Assist in corporate tax matters and liaise with tax agent.
• Discuss with tax agent to maximise the utilisation of tax and government grants.

Support working capital management

• Manage accounts payable and receivables to help the organisation determine working capital needs and funding strategies.
• To communicate with banks and government authorities on related financial matters

Support external audit activities

• Plan and coordinate the annual financial audit process
• Respond to external auditors on audit data, variances and audit findings

Managing Account Department

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• To lead and guide Account Department on finance work processes
• To ensure and managed all incoming and outgoing company funds and transactions are smooth and accurate.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a related role.
• Demonstrated track record of sales success.
• Customer support experience is a bonus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong command of the English language.

• Manage Interior fit out works project
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools;
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations;
• Project coordination of various trade works Sub-contractors on site
• Coordination with Main Contractor / Client for work schedule and technical installation details
• Manage of site progress to ensure completion of works as per contract schedule.
• Safety management of the project.
• Time and cost management of the project.

A Day in the Life

• Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects (preferably with contacts of Architectural & Interior Design firms)
• Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate follow up, with the objective to close sales within the assigned segments of operations.
• Identify new avenues and prospects to demand for our company products/services
• Perform market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends
• Prepare presentations and sales quotation/proposal based on client’s requirements.
• Communicate with factory on site progress and delivery.
• Follow-up on tender, work on tender submission and attend tender interviews etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Who Are We Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Building or any related field
• At least 5 years sales experiences in building & construction sector, preferably in Furniture and Fittings

• Strong organization and planning skills
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license.
