Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving the sales target required by the company
• Responsible for maintaining/developing relationships with the company’s partners, and growing the partnership through the various sales interactions.
• Responsible for identifying new channel accounts, developing new business opportunities for the company
• Responsible for providing quality customer service to the various partners, striving to exceed their expectations
• Responsible for developing a successful pipeline management program for the company, ensuring the fulfilment of these sales inquiries
• In charge of updating the company’s partners with the latest information (eg, latest products, marketing programs, etc.)
• In charge of monitoring the various partner’s performance through the necessary reviews, as well as managing their incentive programs
• In charge of analysing and forecasting the company’s business activities, reporting to the key management stakeholders when required
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Information Technology or other relevant fields of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the IT/ICT/Cyber Security industry
• Relevant IT/ICT/Cybersecurity certification will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

(1) Intake

• Handle day-to-day general enquiries on shelter admission and related shelter matters

• Manage referrals and support assessment of applications for admission into TS

(2) Assistance in Casework and Counselling

• Assist with shelter visits and support in assessment of clients

• Support in documentation of case intervention and outcomes

• Assist in administrative support for the implementation of programmes

(3) Post-Discharged Support

• Assist in monitoring discharge planning for clients

• Maintain daily records, update case files of clients and prepare reports for administrative and intervention purposes

Job Requirements:

· Strong organization and administrative skills.

· Candidates currently pursuing social work studies is preferred.

· Can work until March 2025.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

- Ensure that all administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence, are completed accurately and efficiently.

- Managing overall administrative activities for the office.

- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

- Ensure office tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting are handled efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with the WSH Act, other relevant legislation, and contractual WSH requirements

- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure work activities adhere to WSH standards

- Work closely with management on budget tracking and expense management.

- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

- Responsible for the archival management of the company's administrative documents and materials.

- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Able to work independently and as a team.

The Role

The Project Manager will oversee and manage the successful execution of large-scale projects from
