We are seeking a highly skilled and business-level bilingual Consulting Manager to lead our engagement with a client in Singapore. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and key liaison, leveraging their deep knowledge of banking operations and systems to ensure seamless collaboration between the Japanese FS team and the client. This role requires strong expertise in financial services, project management, and stakeholder management across diverse cultural contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client.
• Act as the main point of contact for client interactions and issue resolution.

• Lead and oversee system implementation and business process re-engineering (BPR) projects for the client’s operations.
• Coordinate project phases, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

• Provide expert advice on payment systems, ISO20022 migration, and other banking systems.
• Support global banking operations and system planning, with a focus on overseas expansion and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in banking operations, system development, and consulting for financial services.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale system implementation projects.
• Experience working with Japanese financial institutions is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of payment systems and banking operations.
• Familiarity with ISO20022 standards and migration processes.

Certifications (Preferred):

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Relevant IT certifications related to system implementation.

Job Summary:

• The Head of Finance / Finance Manager will lead and manage the finance function within the organization. The role is responsible for the overall financial health of the business, providing strategic financial, managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and advising senior management on financial matters.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure that all reports are accurate and completed on time.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the company’s budget. Track and analyze variances between actual performance and forecasts, providing explanations and recommendations for improvement.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage day-to-day cash flow, including monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable. Prepare cash flow projections and assist with liquidity planning.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, relevant professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) preferred.
•  4-6 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial statements, analysis, and reporting.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAGE 300).
•  Knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
