Key Accountabilities:

1. To Lead the team that handles the financial statements of OMGAP entity under the Omnicom Media Group

• Accurately updating Media Ocean and HFM (or any other ERP solution that is implemented) as and when transactions occur. This includes maintaining the processes and transactions that have been set up in relation to the subledgers

3. Preparation of management accounts for discussion with management monthly

• Preparation of management accounts based on the Group template using data from the ERP systems
• Working with stakeholders (Business Directors, Finance team) in providing financial analysis of the variances the budget / forecast / prior year
• Identifying risk areas through the review of the financial ratios and balance sheet

4. Preparation of accurate and timely tax and audit submissions as well as being the main point of contact for all tax (GST, Corporate Tax, WHT, etc.) and statutory audit matters

• Preparation of audit schedules, draft FS as well as conversion of signed FS to full XBRL format for ACRA filing.
• Preparation of all tax supporting schedules, for annual tax return and for ITDC (Income Tax Data Collection) package.
• Monitoring tax submission calendar and working with Financial Controller to ensure that all submissions are completed on time
• Directly liaising with both internal and external auditors for completion of audit with unqualified opinion

5. Ad Hoc Projects (Operations / Systems / Internal Controls)

Promote the company's cooling piping systems to establish the company as a preferred solutions provider in both the Industrial Solutions (IS) and Building Technology (BT) markets.

Core Responsibilities:

• Sales Management (30%) - Manage the sales process from planning to execution, coordinating with technical specialists.
  Maintain CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) to track opportunities, update project statuses, and plan customer interactions. Attend exhibitions and deliver training to customers.
• Market Research and Engagement (25%) - Research opportunities in Cooling and Building Technology using tools like BCI. Identify sales leads, engage stakeholders, and evaluate market trends to develop targeted marketing and sales strategies.
• Stakeholder Management (30%) - Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and owners to specify the company's products for cooling applications.
• Strategic Development (15%) - Execute long-term strategies to grow sales, focusing on sectors such as hospitality, commercial, and district cooling.
  

Requirements:

• Sales Expertise - Minimum 5 years of sales experience in cooling-related products (e.g., chillers, cooling towers).
  Proven ability to secure business deals and meet sales targets.
  Established network in the cooling industry.
• Technical Knowledge - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  Strong understanding of HVAC systems, fire codes, building regulations, and eco-friendly practices.
  Familiarity with cooling system applications in industrial markets.
• Analytical and Market Insights - Skilled in analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to create sales opportunities.
• Interpersonal Skills - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  Ability to work both independently and in teams.
  Project and Process Management - Experience managing sales processes from initiation to completion.
  Awareness of energy efficiency and building standards.
