Reporting to the Senior Manager - Minerals, the role includes the following:

Demand

• Maintain, develop, and validate global and regional demand models. Establish relevant hierarchies for demand models to account for end-use industries and product preferences.
• Create models where needed and maintain or improve existing models. Work with the sales team and the broader commercial team to prioritize areas of focus.
• Contribute to longer-term demand discussion and trends, including battery chemistry and intensity of use analysis in various battery types.
• Contribute to value-in-use analysis for different products.
• Maintain and develop tracking metrics to provide leading indicators for short-medium term demand over the 0 to 3-year time horizon, as well as longer-term demand. Track and communicate metrics that cover the key regions, end-use industries, and products (e.g. trade statistics and other sector-specific indicators).
• Collaborate with broader Battery Materials and Economics teams to increase intel collection.

Supply

• Monitor competitors' stated strategies and objectives and compare observed behaviors and approaches to the market, including product strategies, customer mix, and supply chain analysis - collaboration is required with a wider commercial team.
• Ownership of supply forecast files by competitor and product line.
• Maintain and further develop competitive cost analysis in collaboration with process and geology specialists to assist with updating cost curve models and supply forecasts.
• Search for information on competitors and update if necessary.
• Develop a deep understanding of competitive supply chains.
• Consolidate regional intel to identify competitive customer portfolios.
• Monitor and track trade flows.

Pricing

• Maintain a view of current market pricing together with a forecast of short-term movements.
• Seek to find leading indicators that can predict short-term price movements.
• Monitor industry developments and provide analysis on how various events will impact forecast prices.

What you will need for the role

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• University degree in either a technical or commercial discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience within a commodity-focused MNC.
• Managing, maintaining, and redesigning complex Excel models.
• A strong industry network, as well as maintaining and expanding such, is essential for the success of this position.
• Automated data visualization reports in Power BI.
• Exposure to the trading environment will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) are essential.

Overall Responsibilities: Lead the strategic development and implementation of the APAC social influencer blueprint in close partnership with Global social influencer marketing team and local markets and product teams.

· Launch a successful pilot of the data-driven influencer marketing approach in APAC and set a clear path for scaling across APAC

· Roll out the global social influencer marketing training program to all APAC marketers and guide teams to upskill with literacy and know-how to fully tap into social influencer marketing

· Set a solid foundation of infrastructure, processes, governance and guardrails for influencer marketing in APAC to safeguard the brand

Top Daily Responsibilities:

· Conduct an influencer campaign, spend and execution audit for APAC and present to key stakeholders of key gaps and business opportunities that will inform the longer term APAC influencer strategy.

· Roll out the multiple global influencer programs successfully and effectively in all key APAC markets.

· Test and learn the global data-driven influencer marketing approach for a 6 months pilot and consolidate learnings for scaling.

· Build infrastructure and standardize tooling for APAC.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor and above

· 5-8 years of relevant and deep social influencer marketing experience in the entertainment, sports or FMCG industry.

· Deep knowledge of the social influencer and creator industry and ability to apply strategic thinking to solving for critical business gaps. Strong track record of building successful influencer programs that drive impact to brand and business results. Have leveraged a sound data driven approach beyond pure relationship to build a sustainable influencer model. I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

· Create Contract for physical trading activities for metals/coal/other commodities products following both standard and non-standard templates

The Job

Your key duties and responsibilities include but not limited to :-

· Coordinate chartering / shipping operations for all agriculture products;

· Handle import & export shipping documents

· Highlight execution risk;
