• Be part of a highly specialized business analyst cum support group supporting the Portfolio Managers and Trading Desks from Equity, Multi-Asset and FI Investment teams as well as covering ESG governance teams.

• Maintain strict cost control of the Annual Operating Budget for each of the assigned vessels.
• Review monthly cost control and approve monthly financial reports before sending to Fleet Group Manager for review.
• Assimilate input from the assigned vessels as well as other relevant departments and prepare each vessel’s Annual Operating Budget.
• Monitor the requisitions generated from the vessel to ensure that they are submitted in a timely manner. Follow up with the Purchasing Department for delivery of ordered items on board.

• Liaise with the Insurance Manager (or Principals) in H&M claims handling. Provide technical input, and cost information, if required, for P&I claims (cargo and crew) and H&M claims.

Crewing

• Make performance evaluations of Masters/ Chief Engineers assigned to the vessel under supervision.

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.

• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Submit the specification to yards for quotations, evaluate the received quotations and present them to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for review.
• Attend the dry-docking, discuss shipyard invoicing before presenting same to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for approval.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall daily operations of Building Engineering that includes PSI, PFI and SLA.
• Liaison with clients or ground agencies for on-site inspection works.
• Collaborate with client on new project and prepare cost estimations for tenders or quotations.
• Strategize PSI, PFI, and SLA work schedules, as well as manage manpower and resource allocation.
• Carry out structure inspections to existing building structure or infrastructure to identify defects and repair when required.
• Review, plan and coordinates the operations of a field inspection section and manages inspection projects.
• Provide visionary, leadership and direction within the team.
• Manage quotations processes, filing and follow up on billing payments and invoicing related to Building Inspection.
• Review reports prepared by Engineers/Inspectors/subcontractors, ensuring timely submission within set deadlines.
• Monitor the progress of work for each project and ensure timely submission of progress payment claims to clients on a regular basis.
• Enforce adopted codes and regulations pertaining to building inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Stay updated on new rules, regulations and technical information disseminated through internal communication channels.
• Supervises Building Inspectors/Engineers and Sub-Contractors, including task prioritization, expenses management, leave scheduling, performance evaluations, training and recommendation on hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management and inspection processes
• Knowledge of building code and regulations

PURPOSE

• Being a vital member of the GO Data monetization team to support and contribute to the overall Smart Insurance and Data Monetization Strategy
• Champion and drive customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell and upsell campaign across markets.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives to achieve the collective Data Monetization target set for all markets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Champion and drive data-driven marketing initiatives and efforts across markets. Key initiatives include Leads Acquisition, Retention and Up-sell & Cross-sell campaigns and initiatives.
• Plan, creates and implement customer-centric and data driven GO Signature engagement programme and roll out across markets
• Coach, initiate, define and support CVM activities using data and AI; drive effective demand generation programme at scale.
• Handle data and analytics comfortably and relate them to qualitative aspects of work.
• Generate insights into customer segments for data monetization campaign planning.
• Review campaigns tracking results and propose next step.
• Benchmark market standards, share best practices and provides feedback and suggestions to countries to improve local campaigns and support implementation.
• Liaise with key and senior stakeholders to maintain an evolution of information needs.
• Ensure adherence to all data governance standards as determined by regulators

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field (digital marketing, CRM, loyalty or data analyses.)
• Min 5+ years’ experience in a similar field.
• Analytical, strong database management and resourceful.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-pace environment.
• Understanding of Customer Experience Management.
• Positive attitude.
• Able to travel

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Familiar with customer centric marketing, customer insights, marketing campaign best practises and other enterprise marketing strategies.
• Know the business to appreciate and understand the value of the data to monetize it
• Familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platform preferred but not a must.
• Ability to create great presentations with strong narratives.
