Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in business/sales analytics, data analysis, or a highly analytical role in a related field. Previous experience in consulting will be an asset.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s Degree or MBA is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint; capable of conducting complex data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Ability to structure research questions, break down problems, build analytical models, and develop comprehensive recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and persuade at senior leadership levels (internal and external stakeholders).
• Self-motivated and eager to explore new areas. Strong desire to drive results and continuously improve processes and strategies.

Job Scope:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring deep understanding of their financial needs and goals
• Develop and implement tailored financial solutions to meet clients' needs, including credit facilities, investments, and transactional banking products
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit risk, product specialists, and operations teams, to deliver seamless client experiences

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relationship management or sales role in the banking industry for senior roles.
