JOB SUMMARY

You will oversee the production and publication of the company’s award-winning annual Sustainability Report and all other public ESG disclosures; present the company’s ESG performance and field queries from investors and other financial stakeholders. Manage the development of training courseware and curriculum on mental health topics.

• Lead the team in conducting landscape review of unmet capability needs and identify specialised training opportunities.
• Design and develop new training courseware (in different modalities) to equip CMH partners with specialised knowledge and skills such as hoarding, suicide, engaging youth mental health.

Job Requirements:
