The primary job responsibility of the Production Department Manager is to ensure efficient and effective production operations through optimising resource allocation, monitoring production metrics, and implementing process improvements to maximise productivity and minimise waste. He / She drives continuous improvement and operational excellence within the production department by identifying areas for improvement, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among the production team. Job Description

1. Over-see and manage the overall budget expenditure and headcount in the departments.

6. Responsible for staff development and training to ensure optimal competency.

Job scope:

· Engineering and design execution for water and wastewater treatment projects globally.

· Working as a Project Engineering Manager in the engineering department, the incumbent shall primarily work directly on performing engineering functions related to the project business under the direction of the Head of Engineering.

· Assist in the growth and development of engineering talent within the Engineering team by providing guidance to other engineering staff and contributing to regular, frequent knowledge sharing sessions.
