About The Performance Management Function and Team

This role sits within the Strategy, PMO and Performance Management for APAC Contract Logistics business. This function is predominantly focused on driving in-depth performance analysis of financial and commercial aspects of the logistics business. • Drive standardization of financial reporting and propose measures for continuous improvement of financial reporting accuracy

2. Investment Management

• Work closely with Clusters to build sound business case for investment. This includes validating and optimizing business cases, and validate contractual positions on terms and conditions for customers.
• Analyse investment applications for Logistics business proposals (new projects & renewals) and provide recommendation for approval
• Support and advise markets on the commercial aspects before an investment application is raised.

3. Business Planning & Budgeting

• Support and coordinate the Budget / Mid-Term Planning (MTP) and Rolling Forecast in alignment with global standards and procedures.
• Monitor and track one-time impacts that need to be considered in budget planning and forecasting.
• Work with other Contract Logistics functions to obtain holistic overview on financial impacts from respective function initiatives.

4. KEEP & Contract Management

• Maintain and ensure data accuracy of central customer contract database.
• Drive timely renewal of existing contracts by reflecting contract status in forward looking manner.
• Main point of contact for contract management process in alignment with global SOP
• Conduct deep dive analysis and diagnostics approach to reduce contract deficiencies.

The Life Programme Manager is responsible for leading efforts to grow, develop and maintain the VIVA Life Programme that aims to support children who survive cancer to maximize their chances of living long, healthy, happy and fruitful lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with CEO and Manager of Education, Outreach and Research to develop and implement strategic development plans

* Ensure compliance with laws and regulations relating to the Life Programme activities in Singapore and overseas

* Communicate and work with beneficiaries and volunteers to build a loving and nurturing community with a positive outlook that is knowledgeable and active in promoting lifestyle that is conducive to healthy longevity

* Identify and collaborate with partners

* Work on outreach and engagement programs to increase impact

* Manage and improve the website on relevant parts

* Research, identify and apply for grant opportunities

* Set up, maintain and manage databases

* Plan and execute annual signature and any other events

* Manage the communication with stakeholders

Qualifications:

· Min Diploma with relevant experience. Degree in relevant field is advantageous.

· Experience in development of programmes and relationship management.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with beneficiaries, volunteers and institutional partners.

· Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align life programme development efforts with broader organizational goals.

· Savvy in IT skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. The Senior Construction Manager shall play a key role in the conceptual development of the various construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
2. He/She will be required to plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
3. Responsible for cost management to manage projects within approved budgets, include materials, manpower and machinery cost control for new and running projects
4. Responsible for exercising timely instructions to deal with the results of delays, or emergencies at construction project sites
5. Reviewing manpower planning and monitoring of works schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation.
6. Ensure to exercise effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards
7. To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects
8. To liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities compliance issues
9. Provide evaluation/findings and project results to HQ Tokyo in Japan on a regular basis

Requirements:

1. Minumun 20 years relevant working experience within the Construction industry
2. Should possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent qualification
3. Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
4. Able to work under stress and complete tasks within set deadlines
5. Fluency in spoken and written Japanese would be advantageous as the incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate with Japan Head Office
