1. Clinical

• Accountable and responsible for the standards of resident care and management of the wards.
• Serves as a resource person in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of health status and needs of residents.
• Comply with policies / procedures related to the provisions of safe and ethical care to residents. Such procedures include infection control, administration of medication, fire safety and evacuation procedures. Making provision for the compliance of all healthcare staff.
• Undertake teaching and resource role in nursing practice for staff. Provides continuous supervision to all healthcare staff on duty.

2. Management

• Ensure the operational delivery of nursing policies are compliant at ward level and nursing home level.
• Deputise the Nursing Director in his/her absence as and when assigned.

3. Staff Development

• Orientates and guides new staff nurses in the operation of the wards.
• Identifies healthcare staffs’ potential for further development.
• Ensure that the training and the training hours of each Nursing staff meet the requirements of MOH/AIC/LKHSC etc.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess a degree or diploma in Nursing
• At least 5 years of clinical with management experience
• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Good communication skills and team player

• Manage construction activities to make sure that compliance with cost, time, contract specification, health and safety, quality and environmental requirements are achieved; manage the delvelopment and implementation of programmes associated with project plans.
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Participate in the evaluation of the suitability of subcontractors.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Liaise with subcontractors and other service providers in relation to programmes and workmanship.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Liaise with the safety personnel to undertake risk assessment and develop suitable control methods.

• Assist the digital transformation initiatives, incorporating best practices to build digital products across business units
• Managing multi cross-functional internal/external stakeholders in driving the product roadmap
• Work with UX, Product Engineering and service delivery leads in developing and executing product plans
• Identifying ongoing product enhancement opportunities for various Business Units in order to help them grow reach and engagement
• Acting as project lead for specific roadmaps
• Creation of business cases & technical documentation for new features or products by gathering requirements, costs and market insights
• Understatnding emerging digital trends and assessing local market impact
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of working experience in product development or UX research or UX design
• Innovative, have good analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Ability to execute SEO & UX design will be a plus
• Self starter and autonomous with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion
• Expertise and knowledge in emerging trends and the online space (web, email, search, database marketing, chat marketing, user interface, blogging, privacy, e-business, content marketing, etc), including trends and technologies
• This role expected to start April 2025
