• Recommend energy efficient process, system or proven equipment to Project Engineers in their capital planning process or in their capital procurement plan
• Coordinate and update global energy project planning system to maintain a good energy conservation pipeline for each year and over a 3-5 years period to ensure energy sustainability and reducing site energy consumption levels
• Ensure projects are timely, on budget and completed in compliance to safety and quality
• Due to diversity of the site and the complexity of projects, priority of projects and changes of priority affects the planning process. This position is frequently required to take appropriate decisions and actions to engage stake holders from peer level or next level managers for resolution. • Manage all the variation claims with Client and coordinate with JV partner and internal stakeholders including preparation of documentation, substantiation as per contract requirements, timely submission, meeting coordination and follow up till the conclusion of each variation/ claim.
• Manage change order/ variation claim from subcontractors and prepare change order/ in support of variation order claims to client, and keeping track of all change orders
• Work closely with Project teams/ various disciplines (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Subcontractors, etc.) and coordinate the timely contract price adjustment/ claims including internal reviews/ approvals
• Manage full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, measurement/ bill of quantities, cost plus and adjustable items as per claim requirements.
• Prepare tender/ subcontract document, bid/ subcontract checklist and prepare bid/subcontract evaluation and summary
• Ensure main contract terms, project specification and requirements are incorporated in the bid documents and subcontract document
• Monitor, review and check subcontractors’ milestone/progress claims and invoice on timely manner, and coordination with internal cost control/ finance department for payment processing
• Manage/ administer the subcontracts with subcontractors
• Issue work order
• Organise kick off meeting and other ad-hoc meetings with subcontractors

Critical Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Participate in Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) Capital Projects as automation representation for installation and expansion of new SIS Systems. Ensuring compliance to industry standards like IEC61511 and IEC61508

About This Role:

This role will be part of a dynamic team to drive acquisition and business development for the bank’s commercial cards program. You will partner closely with key stakeholders across departments to support acquisition and ongoing management of commercial cards for SMEs and Midcap clients.
