The Riot Operations Center (ROC) provides 24/7 live response for issues that impact our players. • Have a minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in a relevant role,
• Have strong educational qualifications in the fields of finance, engineering, or environmental science,
• Have worked as a consultant or has the intent to nurture a career in professional services,
• Is adept at developing presentation materials to a high quality quickly, leveraging the Microsoft Office suite, tools and technology,
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, works well with others
• Has strong work ethic, strong project management and independent problem solving skills
