Established in 2010, the Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) is a pan-university research institute that focuses on systems-level research for tropical megacities. The Institute of Sustainability for Chemicals, Energy and Environment (ISCE2) was established by A*STAR in 2022 to support Singapore's sustainability goals, including the Singapore Green Plan and Zero Waste Masterplan, through strong international partnerships with industry, public agencies, and academia. ISCE2 is located at Jurong Island.

You will play a key role in supporting the monthly manpower report, grant management, grant utilisation and financial planning of ISCE2. As part of day-to-day operations, you will also be involved in updating of manpower allocation in SAP and coordinating with various stakeholders for manpower budgets and projection. In the process of stakeholders' engagement, you will have the opportunities to interact with senior management and researchers directly, as well as various counterparts in HQ e.g. Finance, HR etc.

Job description:

• Analyse monthly manpower reports, monitor grants utilisation for manpower and prepare for presentations as and when needed
