Key Tasks :

• Support the FP&A team in monthly FP&A activities including Best Estimate, Actuals, Forecast and annual budgeting
• Consolidate monthly financial reports and management reports for Asia region on a timely basis
• Perform monthly variance analysis of the P&L and KPIs against forecast and plan and working closely with the country finance to gather inputs/data
• Provide insightful analysis and commentaries to the management for their decision making
• Streamline processes, enhance and build new reports according to evolving requirements
• Support the management in any ad-hoc request or analysis
• Assist the regional finance in any ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience preferred Degree in Accounting/ Finance
• Strong in Excel
• Knowledge in HFM, Hyperion (Essbase) and SAP an added advantage
• Fluency in English written and spoken skills
• Working knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage due to exposure to China market
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline
• Able to handle tasks independently
• Good analytical skill, with an eye for detail

Job Purpose

To facilitate policyholders’, distribution representatives’ and business partners’ email queries on our product and services which will contribute to the overall positive customer experience with the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the enquiries and requests received through emails/mails/fax are responded within the expected turnaround time;
• Manage and resolve policyholders’, distribution representatives’ and business partners’ issues related to insurance matters;
• Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and minor complaints from all channel of distribution
• Provide excellent customer service experience; and
• Manage ad-hoc assignments/tasks delegated by the Section Head, when required.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements

• ‘A’ Levels and preferably possessed professional certification in Insurance (i.e. M9, M5 and CHI);
