1. Programme Delivery

• Administer training programmes, including publicising programmes, monitoring and managing course enrolments, coordinating logistical/ administrative requirements, and attending to programme enquiries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day on-site technical support and expertise for virtualization environments, including VMware vSphere and related platforms. Utilize PowerCLI and VM scripting to automate operational tasks and enhance system efficiency.

• Build, configure, and deploy PowerEdge servers to meet infrastructure requirements.

• Perform server health checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage virtualization and automation initiatives. Develop and execute server build processes, including the deployment of OS, patches, and software configurations. Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and best practices.

• Assist in capacity planning and scaling of server infrastructure to meet business demands

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere and PowerCLI scripting. Hands-on experience with Dell PowerEdge servers, including configuration and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in VM scripting for automation and infrastructure management (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible).

• Proven experience with server build processes and operational maintenance. Solid understanding of IT operations, monitoring tools, and best practices.

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to manage and execute the expansion of a successful Korea B2B2C CRM program into Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore for our client. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management, strategic planning, customer journey mapping, and localized engagement strategies. This is a contractor role for a period of 6 months, with the potential for extension based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Assessment

• Analyze the existing B2B2C model from Korea to identify success factors and scalability potential.
• Conduct market research and stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and align strategies with local needs.
• Develop a comprehensive rollout strategy tailored to APAC markets.

Program Design and Development

• Map detailed customer journeys for ECPs and consumers, highlighting key lifecycle stages and touchpoints.
• Customize the CooperVision Rewards and Misight Trial programs for local markets, ensuring alignment with regional consumer behaviors and engagement platforms (LINE, WhatsApp).
• Collaborate with internal teams to document business requirements and develop scalable process maps.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

• Facilitate workshops and interviews with regional leads, ECPs, and internal stakeholders to refine program designs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between local teams and the central project team, ensuring timely communication and alignment.

Implementation and Delivery

• Work closely with IT partners and marketing teams to support the development and integration of localized engagement platforms.
• Create training materials and onboarding guides for ECPs and consumers.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan, including resource allocation and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in CRM program management, ideally within the APAC region.
• Expertise in customer journey mapping and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs and trial/leads management.
• Familiarity with digital engagement platforms (LINE, WhatsApp) and CRM tools (SFMC) is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare or contact lens industry.
• Knowledge of regional market dynamics and consumer behaviors in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
