Established statutory board seeking for multiple Customer Service Officers

Duration: Contract till 31 March 25

Salary: $13.45 per hour

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 830am - 5pm

Location: Novena

Job Responsibilities:

• Address tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the helpline
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of my client's organisation e-Services and chatbot
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
