This technical solution focused role is accountable to setup applications and database and ensure their optimal performance to support various GovTech projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup the application and database
• Perform analysis and review software application functionality and design and suggest improvement to enhance the design to cater for new services
• Consult with software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance

Key Responsibilities

API Manufacturing Support

Provide technical support for API manufacturing processes.

Drive improvement initiatives for ongoing operations.

Cleaning & Changeover Strategies

Support Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SI) strategies for process cleaning and changeovers.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare technical reports, batch records, SOPs, investigation documents, and protocols.

Ensure consistency and high-quality documentation for all group outputs.

Technology Transfer & Validation

Lead manufacturing activities during technology transfers, qualification, and validation batches for new product introductions.

Troubleshooting & Investigations

Provide expert consultation on process and equipment troubleshooting.

Participate in investigation activities to resolve technical issues.

Regulatory & Audit Support

Assist with regulatory filings and audits by providing relevant technical knowledge and documentation.

Compliance & Risk Assessment

Actively promote GMP and EHS compliance with applicable policies and guidelines.

Contribute to risk assessment activities with technical expertise.

Job Scope:

• Responsible for the administrative support to Sourcing Department, including coordination. of regulatory documentation requests, preparing purchasing documents and coordination and input of assigned purchasing database.
• Coordinate Sample POs
• Assist in sourcing of materials.
• Assist in office administrative duties such as distribution of incoming mails and parcels.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management or any equivalent certification
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
• Able to commit for 6 months or longer

• Prior experience and knowledge about ERP integration or Microsoft Power BI is an added advantage
