Job Scope

• Ordering of office stationery, office pantry & supplies, office packing material
• Process, Distribution, Turbines, LNG spare parts
• Creation of quotation for spare part inquiry from customer
• Processing of order/PO from customer
• Open of SO/WO for customer
• Open of PO to CS France (occasionally CS USA, UK, China)
• Packing of parts for customer’s orders from Singapore stock which involve printing staging list, work order label, inventory adjustments
• Processing of consignment notes – DHL, UPS, TNT & forwarder for all delivery of shipment from Singapore
• Monitor and follow up on all delivery schedules ex Cs France for customer’s order
• Monitor and packing of incoming parts for delivery to customer in Singapore and combined with partial stock from Singapore stock to customer
• Coordination with CS France on delivery schedule, missing parts, wrong parts delivery for customer’s order
• Processing of customer’s requirement on issue of Certificate of Origin/Quality
• Open proforma Invoice for Customer’s order on advance payment
• Checking on payment details transaction with bank - Accounting

Key responsibilities:

As the Project Manager, you will assume full profit and loss (P/L) responsibility for project execution. Your role involves ensuring the completion of financial scopes and projects within specified schedules and meeting customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee your team and subcontractors based on Semco Maritime's managerial values.

• Adhering to the project process model
• Taking overall responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with all aspects (schedules, timelines, budget control, execution, completion, handover)
• Managing the P&L of the project to maintain or improve margins
• Overseeing engineering and reviewing documentation in assigned projects

Job Requirements:

Experience with telecom projects and yard/offshore work would be an advantage. Moreover, you are able to handle all commercial aspects when cooperating with customers. You see the big picture and address finance, HSEQ, and management and customer requests determinedly and with experience.
Effective communication skills.

• Bachelor of Engineering within Telecommunication and Electronic Engineering or other relevant background.
• You have at least 5 years of international experience as a Project Manager.
• Industrial experience – yard and/or offshore.

• Bachelor's degree or above majored in Business Admi./Finance/ etc. related
• 3+Years of working experience in Finance & Office Management
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Familiar with Accounting/Tax/Audit/Banking etc. rules

1. The efficient and skilled handling of all daily financial and administrative matters of the company.
2. Tasks are processing Group suppliers' invoices, staff reimbursement claims, payments to vendors, data recording and reporting, handling petty cash, etc.
3. Reliable closing of the monthly/quarterly accounts promptly to meet the reporting timeline as defined by the Head Office.
4. Responsible for all payroll matters including the processing of monthly payroll and submitting the CPF to the CPF Board.
5. Dealing with government agencies on tax and other regulations/legal matters.
6. Responsible for the quarterly submission of GST and Withholding tax to IRAS.
7. Handling intercompany confirmations every month.
8. Responsible for input in our system for reporting sales orders and revenue to HQ every month.
9. Planning and coordinating the year-end financial audit with external auditors and providing them with all the data and assistance necessary to meet the Group reporting timeline of the second/third week of January.
10. Coordinating annual stock-take with the Head of Service and external auditors.
11. Preparation of the annual budget by collecting input from the Sales Manager, Service Manager, and Managing Director in Q3.
12. Ad hoc reporting per the requirements of the Head Office.
13. Other matters assigned by Management.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years in a managerial role within a luxury resort environment, with experience in fine dining. Must have solid experience in Asian/western cuisines, preferably with Michelin Star or Forbes standards.
• Comprehensive F&B service and operational skills, with a focus on VIP customer service. Advanced knowledge of beverages, including Chinese Tea, coffee, liquors, cocktails, and wine pairings.
• Problem-solving skills, creativity, team-oriented management approach, and capability to build cross-departmental relationships. Must be well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Administrative knowledge of F&B operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office, computer systems, reservations, and POS systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English and additional language.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Must maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.

Job Details:

• Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
• Working Location: Somerset (walking distance from MRT)
• Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Salary Range: $3,200 - $4,500 per month + bonus

Provides administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.

Secretarial & Administrative Support

• Provides pro-active and confidential administrative and secretarial support to General Manager.
• Manages the Outlook calendar of the General Manager including scheduling of and coordinating of logistics for meetings, activities and any required onsite or offsite functions
• Assists with meeting preparation and other required documents through liaising with others in the collection, consolidation, and dissemination of meeting materials
• Manages the department’s electronic calendar whilst planning and organizing required team meetings, including agenda management, logistics and overall attendance
• Plans and coordinates travel logistics and prepares detailed itineraries including background information and forward planning of visa applications as necessary
• Compiles and prepares expense reports for submission using Travel and Expense Account (TEA), whilst ensuring compliance with company’s Travel and Expense Policy
• Assists the team in travel logistics and organizing conferences
• Coordinates with regional offices on townhalls, alignment on key messages, communications, etc.

Communication

• Represents the General Manager’s office to a broad array of contacts within company and externally.

Others

• Assists Originators in preparing documents for tender submission
• Works closely with Finance/Shared Services/Procurement on invoice coding and payment matters
• Arranges and plans support for new employees in onboarding activities such as office set-up etc.
• Ensures the smooth running of the team i.e., ensuring sufficient office supplies, facilities, etc., are functioning well and liaise with internal departments to remedy as required
