Job Description

• Review 3D BIM model and ensure correct the installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Supervise and coordinate site installation works by contractors
• Attend site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and contractor
• Lead daily briefing and execute the project activities and oversee implementation of the quality plan
• Coordinate installation activities, site safety, order, arrange and receive M&E major equipment delivery for contractors’ installation
• Arrange and attend material, equipment, installation, and testing inspection
• Carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC
• Handover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&MM to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards and safety aspects

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Building M&E Service (ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, Ele and ELV) , Mechanical and Eletrical Engineering
• Min 8 years of experience
• Familiar to Building services (ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, Ele and ELV) code requirement and basic design and necessary submission for tender bidding and construction, TOP and CSC
• Experiences for coordination with architecture, C&S and process team for M&E Space, maintenance and fire exit routing
• Skilled in design, coordination, and project management
• Experience in tender bidding, with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Interpersonal, communication skills & leadership
• QP/PE, Green Mark manager or other BCA/SCDF/PUB authority certification are highly desirable

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee sales and operations for marine and offshore parts, including order management, inventory control, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and operations executives to achieve team objectives and foster professional growth.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing customers to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide technical expertise and advice to customers on product selection and applications.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure on-time delivery of parts and efficient supply chain operations.
• Maintain detailed records of sales, inventory, and customer activities, and generate insightful reports for management.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to achieve overall business goals.

What they're looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or operations role within the marine or offshore industry, would be preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of spare parts and equipment is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
