Require 15 hours per week. (*Initial phase may require more hours to learn about the firm's directions and business plans). Hourly rate based on Work deliverables and performance to be reviewed regularly.

Part time contract for service fee fixed at $1000/mth during probation, $1200/mth after probation. Probation 6 months.

Conversion to full time perm staff if performance meets expectations and business requirements may be available in future.

Job scope:

Responsible for implementing business plans relating to staff control, handles people issues, performs store-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance, and back office support.
