Job Description
HR Administration:
· HR documentation: Prepare various HR letters, including certificates of employment, salary adjustments, and redesignations.
· HRIS: Manage HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Talentoz (creation, deactivation, and changes in employment terms), and iXchange.
· Employee lifecycle management: Handle new hire onboarding and resignee offboarding processes, including access management and announcements.
· Compensation Administration: Prepare bonus letters and Short-Term Incentive (STI) letters. Accurately calculate quarterly and annual STI for eligible employees, ensuring timely and precise payments.
· Coordinate and manage slides for monthly townhall.
· Generate employee pulse survey reports, generate insights to drive engagement initiatives.
Learning & Talent Development:
· Curate and manage learning pathways on in-house learning platform, identifying and addressing training needs.
· Refine content for training workshops.
· Organizing, schedule, and manage the logistics of training programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
HR Communications:
· Design and write content for the quarterly Local newsletters.
· Write and publish articles for the HR Unily page, providing the latest HR updates.
· Draft and manage email communications for HR initiatives.
· Develop and maintain templates for HR communications/initiatives/meetings and reporting to ensure consistency and branding.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
· Participate in ad-hoc HR projects & initiatives eg: DnD, High Potential Program, Wellbeing activities etc.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
· Well-versed with local Employment Act
· Team player with good interpersonal skills
