Strong knowledge and experience in managing Windows operating systems and PowerShell scripting is beneficial.

Job Scope:

• Collaborate with the project team in understanding client requirements and how they translate in application features.
• Guide the team to build with best practices and Pega suggested coding standards.
• Collaborate with the team to set specifications for new / existing applications.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of applications when required.
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features. Work with business process owners/subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements.
• Work with project managers, architects, and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for the process.
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of Pega hands-on experience.
• Candidate must have Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Comprehensive understanding of Pega technology, architecture, and best practices.
• Good familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge in RDBMS concepts and SQL.
• Experience in Pega Constellation development.

- As a Digital Tool Champion (Gen AI, IBPM etc.) to support launch and implementation of banking products and service/data offerings on a regional aspect;

- Understand, interpret and execute new service offerings/policies into strategic and effective operational process(s);

- Support design of standard and customised solutions within product suite;

- Coordinate with business users/stakeholders to gather necessary elements for successful implementation of initiative(s);

- Perform Generative AI prompting for any POC(s) and UAT

- Be responsible for test planning, creation, execution (i.e. UAT), defects management and regular status reporting;

- Provide post-production support (i.e. manage and report on initiative activities, provide Gen AI daily dashboard reporting and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of initiative to key stakeholders);

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities;

- Support continuous training for any initiative(s) or developments.
