The “HR Generalist” will be an integral member of the HR team to effectively support the manufacturing site in day to day HR operational matters. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Support the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing site in adherence to local labor and statutory laws, relevant HR policies and procedures
• Provide operational HR support related to recruitment, new hire onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, employee welfare benefits, HR administrative support, training and development, performance and talent management

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent

Experience:

• Experience working in manufacturing operations environment is preferred

Document Control System:

Position Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:
