Key responsibilities include:

• Provide daily operational support to the Shipping Executive and ensuring smooth daily operation flow/processes
• Prepare export shipping documentation, including customs permits, certificates of origin, cargo insurance and legalization of shipping documents
• Manage customer sample requests and coordinate order fulfillment for finished goods across internal and external warehouses
• Handle email communications with suppliers, customers and overseas agents regarding inbound and outbound shipments
• Arrange inspections with relevant government authorities or surveyors as part of shipping documentation preparation
• Collaborate with the customer service team to track and update shipment status for customer deliveries
• Communicate shipping activity updates to relevant personnel to ensure seamless operations across departments
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities relating to shipping, warehousing and logistics operations as assigned

About you:

• Minimum O-level or N-level education with proficiency in written and verbal English communication
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or shipping-related tasks is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP software applications is an advantage

• Proficiency in operating systems such as RHEL 7/8, RHEL HA, and Windows.
• Experience with Java debugging and scripting languages like PERL, BASH, and Python.
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases with the ability to troubleshoot related issues.
• Familiarity with various data types, including APIs, APP, PNR, and DCS, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of XML data structures.
• Experience in the travel domain is preferred.
