The candidate will be responsible for conducting research on evaluating and enhancing autonomous driving systems and cybersecurity solutions. Successful candidate will be part of an active research team led by Prof. Xie Xiaofei from School of Computing and Information Systems, Singapore Management University.

Candidate's core responsibilities are:

• Designing algorithms for testing AI systems, with a particular focus on enhancing efficacy and performance
• Developing high-performance tools for testing both Autonomous Driving Systems and Cybersecurity Solutions, specifically targeting malware detection and intrusion detection systems
• Ensuring the reliability and robustness of the tools through thorough testing
• Evaluating the tools in real-world applications to validate their effectiveness

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or closely related disciplines from a reputable institution of higher learning
• Minimum 3 years of relevant research experience in cybersecurity and AI
• Advanced knowledge/Proficiency in programming software/languages such as Python and C/C++ will be positively considered/ is required

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent field.
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in application testing in the banking industry.
• Good analytic skills to process complex requirement to come up with end-to-end scenarios and test cases.
• Familiar with Agile and waterfall methodology and understand the life cycle of testing in both automated and manual testing.
• With stakeholder engagement skills and good verbal and written communication, as this will need to collaborate closely across multiple teams during project execution.
• Good team player with excellent organizational skills and can work independently with minimum guidance.
