Job Description

You will be responsible for providing corporate administration services and support to the department, in order to drive improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation’s systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management of the company's digital mailroom & document control operations
• Attend to phone calls and front desk duties
• Maintain customer database and prepare documents for clients

• To create and update SAP user guides. The SAP documentation needs to reflect the company’s latest upgrade to SAP RISE and S/4 HANA. The candidate will get exposed to these industry leading software while updating our work procedures.
• To help maintain the SAP Knowledge repository. This is likely a Sharepoint site, where the documentation should be organized in an orderly manner, for our SAP users to self-service.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Computing or Engineering
• Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office
• Exprrience in SAP accounting software would be additional advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
