As a Lead Sales specialist, you'll generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams. With the purpose of generating business opportunities. You'll observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business. You'll also expand existing business within the actual market.

As a Lead Sales Specialist - Downstream Chemical, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and driving product and service sales activities proactively across existing and new customers within the market for Crude Oil and finished Fuel Additives.

• Exploring and developing good relationships with strategic Energy Sector customers, both end-users and targeted channel partners for the Product Line.

• Delivering as a minimum the financial plan as submitted and agreed upon during the planning cycle.

• Controlling and having full accountability for the participation and data recorded in the company-designated eCRM platform.

• Being responsible for training, presentation, coaching, and supporting others in the team.

• Providing reporting to the P2R management on account activity and delivery including support sales strategy.

• Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Have 2 or more years' sales/business development experience in the downstream business/specialty chemicals industry.

• Have demonstrated aptitude for building trusted relationships and show an understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.

• Have proven background in downstream chemicals and/or oil trading domain linked.

• Have the ability to build good relationships and rapport with customers.

• Be a good team player and have experience of working in safe, environment.

• Have good commercial astute and excellent communication skills.

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible to implement sourcing plans and tactics to effectively manage the sourcing activities related to their assigned portfolio to maximize supplier performance (cost, quality, lead time) and support the business plan

• Comply with company and local procedures applicable to the job function.
• Work closely with Sourcing Manager or Sourcing Leader to guarantee supply for portfolios.
• Identify opportunities and implement actions to continually reduce wasted time, money, and resources from assigned tasks.
• Implement sourcing plans with the goal of assuring specified quality, meeting required delivery times, and minimizing cost.
• Conduct requests for information, quotation, information, proposal (RFI/Q/P) and bidding processes, minimizing risk and maximizing value in terms of quality, delivery and cost.
• Select a high-performance supply base for assigned portfolio, in accordance with a short-list of preferred suppliers defined by Business Line strategy and Category Managers.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to meet specified quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Execute contract negotiation and development in coordination with Sourcing Manager and Supplier Contract team.
• Take charge of Approved Supplier List (ASL) creation.
• Drive the parts and process qualification in coordination with Qualification team.
• · Document the performance of action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects.
• · Evaluate current and prospective suppliers through supplier reviews, site visits and capability evaluation, in coordination with Supplier Quality teams, to assure supply capabilities, on-time delivery, quality and service.
• Maintain accuracy in SAP parameters.
• Any other assignments or tasks assigned to support business opportunity and on time shipment of the technology center.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain related functions
• Experience in pricing negotiation and contract establishment
