Accountabilities

· Execute trade orders in a quick and reliable manner, using appropriate tools, electronic platforms, and direct market access if needed and/or available and follow up on completion of trade orders.

Job Responsibilities

· Accurately process end-to-end payroll for all employees, including calculations, deductions, and payments.

· Handle monthly CPF contributions, income tax submissions, and other statutory requirements.

· Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.

· Stay updated with local payroll regulations and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws.

· Prepare and submit statutory reports, including IR8A, IR21, and other relevant filings.

· Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Address payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.

· Provide guidance and support regarding payroll policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

· Maintain and update payroll system records accurately.

· Oversee employee insurance plans, including medical, dental, and life insurance.

· Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding insurance and benefits-related inquiries.

· Coordinate with insurance brokers to address any issues or updates.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.

· Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements.

· Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HANA would be advantageous.

The Company

Our client, a leading global consulting firm partnering with a large private and retail banking institution, is seeking an AML/KYC Operations Specialist for a 12-month project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AML/KYC operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer accounts marked for exit are properly closed, managing hold mails, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The Role

• Ensure the proper closure of accounts for customers identified for exit based on past review decisions.
• Validate that account exits are carried out only when legally permissible, particularly for accounts with sticky products such as mortgage loans and investment products.
• Monitor and track the closure of customer accounts, ensuring timely execution, with a specific focus on those with sticky products like mortgages and investments.
• Perform a one-time review of customers with hold mails to confirm that the correct codes have been applied for the appropriate reasons.
• Evaluate the possibility of removing or updating hold mails where applicable.
• Address any missing or invalid customer data fields, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in AML/KYC operational roles.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in completing tasks accurately and within deadlines
• Able to handle high workloads under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Flexible and willing to assist with additional duties as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of successful Medical Device and Medical Supply sales management experience (Wound Care is a plus!) In this role you will:

· Identify and maximize sales opportunities in wound management to achieve agreed sales target and to grow the business in accordance to strategy.

· Develop and maintain the Account Plan in order to identify potential volume.

· Network Accounts, mapping and developing contacts with key decision makers and influencers beyond the standard sales call.

· Promote the full range of products to Accounts, to increase sales revenue and to achieve strategic supplier status in these accounts.

· Manage an agreed and balanced number of Key accounts. As projects are realized or become reprioritized, they should be replaced by new opportunities.

· Full consultation and liaison with Sales Managers to ensure that planned activities are in line with and support over all strategies and objectives.

· Support our in-market research, sales calls, training, launches of new products etc.

· Seek market information on competitor activities and products to help shape accurate strategies and marketing campaigns.

· Identify training needs to develop competencies required to improve performance and meet customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum a Diploma in any field.

· Minimum of 4 years in Product Specialist (Medical Sales) in Hospitals or equal experience in the GPs & Nursing Homes market will be an advantage.

· Strong understanding of the medical industry.

· Excellent communications and relationship development.

· Analytical and independent.
