Production Engineer

What you'll do:

As a Client Transfer Agency Specialist, your role will be pivotal in maintaining positive, long-term operational relationships with assigned financial intermediaries. You will be responsible for supporting their needs daily and resolving any operational inquiries that arise. Your ability to develop efficient interfaces with these intermediaries will be crucial to your success in this role. You will also oversee or manage projects aimed at meeting this objective. The role holder will primarily undertake the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation programmes and provide advisory to resolve any related issues at the client’s organisation.

Key Accountabilities:

• Development (including design and related analysis), implementation and delivery of compensation programmes aligned to the organisation’s strategy and applicable regulations, including the provision of advice throughout the employee lifecycle and during the annual pay review, advising on related services and the resolution of reward and compensation issues from employees, people leaders, or regulators.
