What You Will Do

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE

The focus of the Trade Support Specialist within the Brevan Howard Operations team is on ensuring the complete, accurate and timely capture of trades and lifecycle events. Trade Capture

• Monitoring electronic trade flows

We are representing our client, an established Hospital Group in Singapore, to search for suitable candidates for a Implementation Support Specialist Role. The ideal candidate should preferably have relevant experience in supporting Clinical informatics in healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite clinical support for continuity of clinical systems.
• Gather feedback/requirements for clinical systems improvement.
• Participate in clinical systems testing.
• Prepare, plan and schedule Users training session.
• Support Workgroups, feedback sessions and committee meetings.
• Provide both onsite and offsite clinical support to the End-Users pre and post implementation and during downtime procedures.
• Provide 24 x 7 on-call application support to end users through rostering.
• Accurately document reported clinical issues with minimal guidance.
• Responsible in testing clinical systems for implementation & engaging users.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a healthcare discipline (nursing, allied health, medicine) or other degree
• Nursing or Healthcare Informatics Certification (Optional)
• Minimum 2 years continuous clinical experience in any healthcare organization or customer service experience.
