As a Service Sales Specialist , you will be responsible for helping to drive sales volumes and margins across the service product portfolio and regularly updating the database with changes made on-site.

Your responsibilities

Your background

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Support capital projects with budget more than US$10-20 millions in procurement of machineries and related engineering services.

The incumbent will work as part of an established and nationally funded multi-disiplinary research group that focuses on hepatocellular carcinoma and other cancers. You will be involved in a large-scale international translational and clinical study on HCC, which utilizes various types of patient biosamples and employs multi-omics approaches including bulk tumor next-generation sequencing (NGS), cfDNA NGS, single cell RNAseq and proteomics, CyTOF, 3D spatial transcriptomics and targeted/untargeted metabolomics in the context of a clinical cohort. Experience with conducting spatial transcriptomics analyses is a must. The incumbent will also be expected to work within a sandbox environment using AWS.

The candidate will assist the Principal Investigator in conceptualizing and conducting research projects. You will work collaboratively with scientific and clinical staff on data analysis and interpretation of in-house data by using various analytics tools and setting up analysis pipelines. The candidate will also be responsible for the coordination and management of the genomic projects of the multidisciplinary study, and to lead grant applications and manuscript preparation.

The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents through vending and parcel locker machines at the three primary locations when needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
• Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works required to the infrastructure.

Job Description:

1. Access the Authority’s computerised system(s) or any other database maintained by the Authority to retrieve new and renewal applications.
