Job Descriptions

• Prepare and cook a variety of Western-inspired/cafe dishes.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of food items, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders to ensure freshness of ingredients.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food preparation and handling.
• Work efficiently during busy periods, maintaining a high standard of food production.
